Jen is friendly, helpful, and ALWAYS has a solution to my challenges - even when we have to get creative! Whether you're just starting out or need advanced technical help, I HIGHLY recommend Jen!!
Most Airtable projects don't stall on configuration. They stall earlier, on questions like: Who owns this process? What counts as done? Who can approve an exception? Airtable will do what it's told. Working out what to tell it is usually the harder half.
That's where Rudd Consulting comes in. We call it business process operationalization: working out how the business actually runs, where decisions and handoffs live, and how software should support them. It's the difference between a system people use and one they quietly work around.
We're an Airtable Gold Services Partner and an Airtable Enterprise Partner of the Year, based in McLean, Virginia. We work with enterprise and Fortune 100 teams across retail, manufacturing, financial services, technology, and construction on systems whole departments depend on.
We're consultants who build. We help teams define the operating model, make the decisions, design the architecture, and build the system. Our work includes discovery and process design, enterprise Airtable architecture, implementation, integrations and automation, governance, change management, training, and ongoing support.
That increasingly includes AI-enabled workflows. We approach AI the same way we approach Airtable: as part of an operating system, not a feature looking for a use case. We look for where judgment, information, approvals, and repetitive work move through the business, then determine where AI can improve that flow without creating new governance problems.
Every workflow encodes authority somewhere. When decisions haven't been made before the build starts, they get made during it, usually by accident. Our job is to make those decisions explicit and turn them into a system that works.
The build is the receipt for the decisions.
We also plan for what happens after launch, with documentation, training, governance, managed services, and center-of-excellence support so systems can evolve without losing the operating discipline behind them.
Twenty-eight client reviews on the Airtable Services Partner Directory are currently five stars, reflecting work with teams at organizations including Cisco, Keurig Dr Pepper, TJX Companies, Foot Locker, Paramount, and Adobe.
If you're evaluating Airtable for a complex operational initiative, or your existing environment has outgrown its original design, the first conversation is usually about the operating problem, not the base. That's where we'd start.

I've had a great time working with Jen. She is resourceful and creative, and knows Airtable top to bottom and front to back. I needed her as a collaborative partner on some complex internal projects, and she dove right in to help. She's easy to communicate with, clever in brainstorming sessions, and exceedingly knowledgable of best practices for project management and workflow building. I'd hire her for most any project that involves Airtable, automation, or workflow building.
Jen was wonderful to work with!
