Optimize IS

Our experience with Optimize IS was awesome and comforting. I felt like I was in very good hands with Martina and Mallory. We did a 5-week sprint due to a tight deadline and budget constraints. Even though, at the beginning of the sprint, my team realized that we had to change priorities from what was discussed in our initial sales call, Martina and Mallory were ready to take it on. We pivoted and were able to accomplish almost everything we needed before the 5-weeks ended. Because of Mallory and Martina, we are excited to use Airtable for other projects and we hope to be able to hire them again when the time comes.

Overall we’re very pleased with the platform and having everything consolidated in one place, along with the ability to send insights out to the field and improve our central tracking. There are a few things we wish Airtable had the ability to provide, like more detailed information or exported data in automated weekly emails, improved formatting of how data is displayed and exported, and more refined read-only and editability settings for data within the platform. That being said, we’re still very pleased and satisfied with the overall product and really appreciative of everything the Optimize team has put in to bring this to life!

Jonathan, Vikas, and Lisa are professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. They take the time to make tweaks as needed and are incredibly patient as we navigated our exact needs and wants.

Alex and Lucas made for the dream team. I thoroughly enjoyed working with them both, and the fact we have an amazing project management tool is a bonus. The volume of work we got through in five weeks was immense and it required a lot of effort from all parties. They helped me stay focused and motivated through the engagement period. I wouldn't hesitate recommending working with Alex and Lucas again in the future.

Clay Carlson helped get everything set up and made the onboarding process smooth from the start. Joseph Eisenmann brought a wealth of Airtable knowledge and provided excellent recommendations throughout the project. The true MVP, however, was Eric Hughes. He executed this project even better than we could have imagined. Eric consistently provided valuable suggestions, made edits in an incredibly timely manner, and was always responsive and easy to work with. His expertise and professionalism made a huge impact on the success of this project. We are looking forward to continuing to work with Eric and the rest of the team moving forward.
