Based on feedback from the wider team as well as my own experience, I feel we really had to push to get some structure and direction in the early weeks. I only joined CVC at the end of November and was deployed into the project to steer this piece of work and found very little progress had been made for about 6 weeks - perhaps a combination of factors played into this though. Regardless, once Ryan and I got into a steady cadence of work, we managed to start achieving milestones and get closer to a final product. Ryan was great at delivering on time, resolving queries on the fly and hopping on calls to answer and work through questions, blockers, issues etc. Finally, from a project management / firm level perspective some visibility of hours utilised per week / balance hours would have been helpful to help me steer subsequent tasks and outcomes. Note, I have referred your team to another airtable project within CVC so net net I did have a positive experience.
