There were moments where a more structured update rhythm or clearer visibility on progress would have been helpful, but given the complexity of the work and the fast-moving nature of the decisions required, the hands-on approach made sense and ensured things moved quickly. Complex challenges were resolved effectively, and in several cases further optimised to improve the efficiency of our automations and APIs. The option for continued light-touch support is also reassuring going forward.
