Megan designed the Airtable data management system for Colorado Mask Project, a collaborative effort between grassroots mutual aid projects to distribute home-sewn masks to the Colorado community during the first year of the pandemic. Megan introduced me to Airtable and it was immediately clear that it was the right choice to manage our data. With CMP’s parent org, Megan created a system of 50 individual bases, one for each state, to track mask efforts.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Megan and she is extremely skilled when it comes to Airtable. Her ability to navigate complex databases and find creative solutions to problems is truly impressive. Not only is she highly competent, but she is also incredibly easy-going and available whenever you need her. Working with her was a real pleasure, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an Airtable expert.

Using Airtable, Megan created a genealogy tracking base to collect information from members of our group on their specific genealogy lineage 3 generations back and an automated system to create an org chart extension showing our family tree several generations back. She also created an automation, linking member locations to a Google map so members can see the spread of living family members across the country with color-coding showing which "family migration group" they are associated with.
