The Elevate team did a terrific job managing our project, which involved many complex moving parts. Throughout the engagement, they were consistently friendly, patient, responsive, and clear in their communication. Their deep knowledge of the platform was evident in every interaction - whether they were creatively solving complex challenges or identifying thoughtful workarounds for platform limitations, they always found a way to deliver the outcome we needed. We greatly appreciated their partnership throughout the implementation and are grateful for the role they played in successfully launching the platform across our company.

Elevate has been a great partner thus far; the scope/cap took longer than anticipated to reach a point where our team felt they could trust the data. That said, I'm cognizant that it is quite a complex problem to solve, and there is more to be done.
