I thought I was the master of trixes but the ACE Workflow team introduced me to Airtable and i'll never look back! The team helped me import and structure all my data for optimal set up, automation and ease of use. The visual interface and custom data views were extremely helpful for expressing key points to team members. As we grow, we're having to put in place processes and workflows to help us scale and track our work. We've experimented with project tracking SaaS apps, but they were too complex for our team. We came across some basic Airtable templates, but they needed some work to customize. Ace did a great job extending the capabilities of Airtable to match our workflow. I inherited an airtable workflow from the team that had come before me, as they'd built it out to use the product to manage our candidate database & tracking all phases of hiring. Despite my never having used an airtable in that capacity before, Tim and the team were so fantastic in explaining the logic behind the original design that they'd build with the team before me, making it such an intuitive exercise to get to know it and familiarize myself with its ins and outs.
