I took part of the 9X bootcamp in December 2021 and still work with them to this day. 9X have provided me with the needed tools to first investigate the gaps that lie in a company's internal processes, and then spot the low hanging fruits that can be solved with the use of automation tools to buy time across various departments & their members. Biggest bonus is that the team at 9X is highly responsive and very easy to collab with, they very much take the approach of being part of your team.
