I've set up a part-time office management business and my participation in 9X has saved me a lot of precious time and avoids me forgetting small details, which are now automated. I took part in the 9X cohort a year ago. This enabled me to discover no-code tools, how they work and the best practices to put in place. The fact that we're doing this as a group, and that we have a very structured learning agenda, helps us to be rigorous, which I think is essential with no-code. I was able to create

CRM including processes and automations 2. Outbound platform to plan, execute and measure outbound activities 3. A "product manager", collecting and prioritising customer feedback 100% recommend working with them!
