He's come from a non-media background & has really done an incredible job listening to users & understanding their day-to-day, which he then pivots to creative solutions in Airtable. He's always thinking outside the box and finding ways to solve a problem that leverage custom scripting and APIs to keep our cyber security team happy while also ensuring users get what they need.
