I think having had the same partner throughout would have made some things easier - as my project is complex and very layered, it would have helped Dillon to understand why something was built the way it was versus trying to retro-fit a solution to make something work. I understand some of it is Airtable functionality not quite built to do exactly what I want. With your help, it's already eons better than what we were dealing with before. Dillon is very knowledgeable and creative.
